Here is the story...
I reached my highest weight of 212lb in April of 2016. I served in the USMC and was always in shape until I got out, sick of being overweight I decided that I will lose it all. Starting on April 15th 2016 at 212lb my goal is to reach 8% body fat using intermittent fasting, -1000 calorie deficit as well as a clean diet & exercise.
This is my journey and along the way I will be sharing my progress, fitness ideas and hope to motivate others to become healthy and confident.
So far I have lost 18lbs and going strong, I can't wait to see what the next few months bring.
