Okay, so I live in a rural area with a Verizon USB modem, so I have to let videos load for a minute before I watch them. To give an example of the speed, the other day I uploaded a 100MB video and it took 3 hours.
Anyway, my question is this; Does anyone else have the problem where if they want to back the video up to see something it starts reloading the video from the point you moved the slider to? If I watch a video on my Droid browser, once the video loads it is loaded and I can back it up or fast forward to any part of the video that has loaded, but on PC, no matter where I move the slider, even if the video is completely loaded, it starts reloading from where I moved it. Is there a fix for this? It's really annoying.
