Is this cpm normal lol ?

Sup everybody michael here ... so i was looking up on the internet some guys uses some trick to increase cpm with non skippable long adds look at the cpm in the pictures is it possible to have such a high cpm on youtube ..
I have never seen somebody with such a high cpm my cpm is max 8 dollars lol crazy stuff anyway check it out everybody..

If I recall CPM is based on Subs and monthly views, So i would think it's possible but I couldn't say for sure.

No, it is not. CPM is based on your audience location, video length, retention etc.

He could be lucky and a lot of people have watched non-skippable ads or he participated in guerrilla campaign.
 
Look at the estimated earnings VS the CPM...

And the current default on YT monetization is all ad types including long non-skippables enabled unless I miss my guess.
 
Your channel is under MCN and most MCN's will enable non-skippable ads by default while majority of Ad Sense partners don't have such option available. If Ad Sense user become big enough then they can ask for additional add types. You should understand that not only me and you read these forums, if you are uncertain about something then simply don't post anything, especially when you provide advice.
