Is there any good free software for making thumbnails?

Yup- its easy you just click "open" and it lifts files from your harddrive!

They have recently started asking you to upgrade to the paid version- but its fairly non-invasive and I do just fine using its free features.

I also use GIMP, it's like a free version of Photoshop. If you can master it then it's really simple to make thumbnails.
Thumbnails do not have to be complicated anyways

Before using Photoshop I used a free software called GIMP. It's really good and I highly recommend it as a free alternative

thats what i used to make my terrible channel art. but yeah it is a great alternative to photoshop if you dont have the money.
