is there a thing as too many vidoes?

Yeah that would be great as long as you had a different video for every day and had a podcast video every day too
 
3 videos a day seems too many for me.

If I'm a subscriber, I wouldn't want to be bombarded with email notifications (of someone uploading contents several times daily).

If you have a lot of vids at your disposal, spread them out on a fixed or regular schedule. Thrice a week; Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays gives you plenty of room to plan your videos beforehand and prevent your creative juices from running dry.
 
Wait wait wait why would you even upload a podcast to YT, much less splitting a single podcast into 4 parts, instead of uploading it to somewhere that makes far more sense for a podcast to reside?

And no, you definitely shouldn't be uploading that much. Especially seeing as how your most recent videos are barely getting double digit views.

We split the podcast into pieces incase someone wants to watch a single topic rather than listen to the whole thing and we also do upload it to iTunes[DOUBLEPOST=1459781430,1459781373][/DOUBLEPOST]

We do full lets plays of games and we are a group of friends. we have a plan for our videos but we don't want to record a whole lets play then take 3 months to upload it if we did it 3 times a week

I am interested in answers but I don't understand your guys reasoning you don't have to watch every video? And isn't it easier to have someone watch a 10-15 min upload then 20-30 min from a YouTuber who they don't know

I think most people here are saying that they would not subscribe to (or unsubscribe from) channels where they don't want to watch most of the videos. What you're talking about as a feature is actually a bug.

I like channels that have a bunch of content daily maybe it's just my personal taste
