Is anyone doing #VEDA for August?

Hey everyone, I love the idea of #VEDA (Vlog Every Day April/August, where you post a daily vlog every day for the whole of April/August) and I was wondering if anyone else here was doing it in August so I could check out their channels :) Much love!
 
I might try it, but I'm not sure. Where do people find out about these sorts of YouTube trend-like things? I know there's other months that people try to make a video every day so I'm sure this kind of just follows suit but is there a place that holds these video-making ideas that people can read and then use?

I think most of them just float around places like Reddit and Tumblr or Youtube itself! I'd like to know where these ideas are too...

Don't be silly! Everyone's life has its own unique characteristics and traits, and I'm sure your life is just as interesting as anyone else's ^_^ The beauty of a vlog is that even something that many people find as "simple" or "boring" such as making coffee or eating breakfast can be made into its own little piece of video art :)

this is very true. I'd definitely give it a go for a month and see what happens!

I just heard of that today! So funny you mentioned it. My channel is still new, so I want to focus my August efforts on quality weekly videos and networking. But I love the idea of VEDA in April. Something to look forward to. If anyone on this thread decides to do it in August, be sure to tell us.
 
After some consideration I am 95% sure I want to do this. Although the last week of August, I may or may no decide to vlog (special vacation with my boyfriend for our 2 year), but I think it'd be a good way to get back into the YT game and as a way to try and show people who I am. I might do a mix of daily vlogs and regular topics. :happy:
