Your view to subscriber ratio is ALWAYS gonna be way off. I can't really say confidently what the average is but if I had to guess I would say if about 10 percent of your views turn into subs you're doing great. I am getting the same amount of subs a day as you, i get around from 10 to over 20 subscribers a day which is great.
I've had a channel for 7 years and I still get about 1 or 2 a day with thousands of views a day. Do YOU think 10-15 is good?

I think in reality it's always been about the views, I mean that's what ranks you, that's what really gets you noticed, it just FEELS better when you get subs, cause something inside says "I have a follower! And that's kind of the norm, somewhere between 1 and 5 a week seems to be the average, so you're not doing awful either
