Iphone gameplay editing

Sp guys like the name suggests i need help in iphone gameplay editing , lonniedos in his iphone gameplays , he is able to blur the backround as an enlarged version of the actual video , it would be really neat if i could do that , nad it would help alot if i could know , thanks alot gys for you help! 1. What editing program do you use?
2. Can you show an example of what you're trying to achieve?

You just need to stretch the video so it takes up the whole frame and then add a blur effect.
Then grab the video and copy it onto another layer above the old one. It will then use the blurred version as the background. easy.

1. I just got premiere pro , no idea of how to use it ( like a blind man in a dark room)

Most programs have an effect tab, you will normally find a blur in there.
