Hello YTtalk, I'm Grammicals. I'm a gaming youtuber on the verge of hitting 400 subscribers. I mainly do funtages/funny moments of different games/gamemodes (mainly gmod). I ocassionally do voice changer trolling videos and Bad Lip Readings for video games. It's been a while since I played minecraft but I have had an account since the early alpha stages.
So I want to dive into minecraft content as I think the gamemode has a lot of SEO oppurtunities on youtube.
Here are some ideas I had for content. I'm going to give each one a working title name but that's just for convenience purposes.
Minecraft Sandbox Fun
So as many of you may of know..... most content played on Minecraft is third party content where someone designs a game/mod/whatever using minecraft as the game engine.
So for this video series idea, we'd take the gmod sandbox funny moments approach to minecraft.
This would require being on a private server with a very diverse, compatible mod pack.
There would be no objective to this series except just to have a good time.
The videos produced by this series would also have to be edited to be in a highlight reel format with just the funniest moments.
Minecraft Gamemodes Fun
This series/video type would also take the funny moments/funtage/funny montage type approach to minecraft. Except instead of playing on a modded survival world..... we'd be playing different minecraft gamemodes (preferably on a private server).
The key to this series would be that we only play gamemodes where we can substitute objectives with a bit of joking around/comedic roleplay.
So something like cops and robbers could work while something like snake could not.
Videos once again would have to be edited to a highlight reel format with just the funniest moments.
Dual/Group Minecraft Mod Showcase Commentaries
A lot of minecraft youtubers typically do mod showcases by themselves (obviously for convenience purposes).
I want to try doing minecraft mod showcases from a multiple people perspective. The objectives would be to showcase the mod yet still have a good time doing it.
We'd also start off searching for mods that haven't been done yet (video wise). That way if we make the first high quality mod showcase, the mod creator may use our video as the prominent promoter of his/her mod.

So to get the ball rolling on these ideas, we'd need someone who can host a server (probably with 4 others on it) and someone who can make mod packs for the server (this person may need to be able to either explain or transfer the mod pack to the server host if they aren't hosting themselves).
I'm upgrading internet soon so I may be able to host (depending on my upload speed) but let's not rely on that.
To host these shenanigans, we would need someone with at least 10 mbps upload. I think 20 mbps upload or higher would be better.

Now I'm willing to do my part that series goes well for the entire group & I'm not just an idea man looking for a group.
#1. For every video I will create a meta data list that people in the group can use.
These lists will contain possible title suggestions for the video that would help Search Engine Optimization.
It will also contain phrases that also help with SEO for the tags.
The tags list will be separated into 2 separate lists.
The first list will be the tags I used for my video.
The second list will be tags I considered using but didn't due to the fact of running out of tags space.
I'm also willing to make thumbnails for the group. I know how to use photoshop (took a college level class that revolves around it and another class that covers it with 2 other programs). Most of my thumbnails of right now were made in Sony Vegas but I'm going to try to start using photoshop more often.
These will be high quality thumbnails delivered in 720x1280 jpg or png (I have made 720x1280 pngs bigger than youtube's max size of 2mb though.)
