Improvement of Channel Design

Hi! I've recently created a YouTube channel about a month ago and I quickly created some art, banners, etc. But I feel with my current layout I'm just not driving people to sub, or even click on my videos. I would love to hear some opinions on how I can improve thumbnails and art to help draw subs, as well as just a proper way to layout my channel. All help would be great, and I would love to hear some opinions!
 
I am in no way an expert on layout so take this with a grain of salt, but your banner seems a bit "90s." Text on a page is nice but add some kind of graphic to it. With a name like "TheRealRevolver," you could throw some cool art from a game with someone dual wielding pistols or something to spice that up. I may be a bit hypocritical on that considering my brand is my name but like you, I should evolve that aspect. I think your brand icon is good but you might want to peer around and play with it in a few months so it evolves with you as well.
 
Took a look at ur channel..I agree with brantman's comments..I'd make a imaged banner and change each thumbnail image per video, add ur logo on the thumb..channel layout i'd make a hightlight intro video mashup..so new people see this when they come to ur channel...i am looking on my mobile so layout might be different, but make recent uploads top..then popular vids..
 
The commentary in all of your videos is pretty solid, however I would (like the other people have previously said) work on getting more appealing channel art including your avatar, banner and thumbnails. However, it's only my opinion, don't let the opinions of others change the way you operate your channel.
 
Thanks for all the great advice you guys have been giving me! I'll spend some time this weekend working on my banner and try to diversify my thumbnails! If anyone has anymore advice it will be greatly appreciated!
