Hi guys,i have one big question for you guys here on forum.So i want you to watch my video and say what can i improve to make my videos better. Thanks

This is just my first impression, but your intro is too loud compared to the rest of the video. The game audio is also a bit too loud compared to your voice. Either make them quieter or up the volume of your voice with Audacity or whatever you use to record sound with (do not record your voice directly with Fraps if you do).
A channel trailer would be nice. Try to do something like a funny moments montage or just talk about what you do on your channel with some video in the background.
Also, this is just my personal opinion, but you probably shouldn't have an intro. They get repetitive after a while so either cut out the intro entirely or be prepared to change it every few weeks. You should probably make an outro instead since people can skip a lot more easily.
