I'm testing Adwords Video campaign.

This thread has been really interesting. It's such a stats game. I think I'll give the adwords a try too.
 
I won't lie, tracking these threads is amazingly interesting. It's almost like an experiment. I was debating trying this myself, but wasn't sure how to go about it.
 
We just did a quick comparison - ads to get new viewers. For impressions, PerfectAudience.com Facebook campaign is best value, Google Adwords in the middle and Facebook itself is worst. Fir click-thrus, Facebook is best, Google in the middle and PerfectAudience worst.
 
Interesting..But I don't think it matters whether monetization is on or not for your video, because it isn't possible to show ads inside an ad. So all the views you get from the promotion will not earn you any money!
Basically, it can only be used to earn you more subscribers depending on the quality content of the promoted video
 
I see did not get the best results, however I think it works. You just need bigger budget and catching advertising and of course interesting content on your channel. When I make for videos I planning to choose the best one and run a campaign for it, will post all info here as well for you guys :)
 
WOW , I didnt realize this thread was still going. I started it back in Jan 2013 ... its Sep. 19 2014 today .. Over a year. ha ha . But any ways. After this I ran another campaign ( a few months later ). Same results. I then saw that we got the Fan Finder stuff set up. So I tried that. That took a long time to start. -6 months - 2 months in evaluating, 2 months processing, 3 qued .
Well it worked Awesome, way better then going through Adwords. I first set up 3 vids and they finally ran in July. I then added the other two. so now I'm just waiting till thay run again...if they do.
