And don't worry about it, when I started I had 3 subs and I knew them ALL IRL lol, just keep at it and soon you'll be making a post just like this one :)
 
Good luck on 200 and congrats on 100!! It also helps to put in the description something like "Subscribe if you enjoyed the video"

Thanks! I used to do that actually, but I got lazy and just figured if they liked the video then they'll subscribe. I even used to have an annotation with the subscribe link at the end of every video.
