There is no way to 'make' people click on your thread,

3 Way's To Get Your Thread Noticed:

• Post a Thread which appeals to everyone
• Bump your thread once a day
• Post your thread in the right forum

No Problem, To 'bump' a thread you just post a post, like this one, because then the post will show up first in it's allocated forum, meaning more people will see it, and that's more potential thread views (you may only bump your thread(s), once a day)
