If I ever become a partner..

Well becoming a partner gives you no extra legal monetization rights. Most games can be monetized with commentary on them unless it says otherwise in the game's ToS.
 
It would make it a little easier for you to make money off games but you still couldn't make money off any game you wanted too. Like with rockstar they don't want you to upload a video just full of cutscenes, if you did you could get a strike and have the video removed from YouTube.

So like stated above always check the terms of service of the game, and if possible always have commentary on all your videos. It makes it less likely that your video will be removed or given a strike against. Also when you have commentary over your videos it makes it "original content" to some extent.
 
Just because you are partnered with a network does not mean you have "extra" privileges to monetize gaming content.
