i7 3930k vs i7 3770k

If you're only looking to do gaming with it then an i7 is a waste of money, especially the 2011 socket ones. An i5 3570(k) would be your best bet. If you're gonna get into video editing and other heavy/intensive apps then an i7 is worth your money. From what I've heard, both of those i7s are very good.
 
i7-3930K is best for servers and such. i7-3770K is made for gaming and editing.

Mind you, even at that, there are still options like the 3570K, meaning that the more affordable i5 can still be used! :)
 
I have no means of overclocking until I can get my hands on a liquid cooling system. Air cooling is just not gonna do it here in the Philippines.>.>
