I'd avoid BBTV, I've heard mixed reviews about them and at the size of your channel. Not worth it.

It's for this channel - Tips4Running - The one I'm linked to here with is the one I just mess around with. The running channel is linked to a website I've had since 2008

BBTV is an MCN (directly under YouTube). That channel is at a point to where you may want to think about partnering it, but not with BBTV. I have heard 1 too many people tell me that they are not paying partners their full balance, and I have heard stories of them taking forever to pay. I have heard people under BBTV have CPMs as low as $0.50. They seem to average around $2, but that is still ridiculously low. 3 Years ago, that was great but not now. I average $8-12 CPMs, and I have heard of people even up to $20. All that said though, I have heard from happy partners with them as well. Personally, I would tell you to go apply for Fullscreen, Maker Studios/RPM, and a few other networks. Take an offer from one of them, not BBTV.

Most people are happy with the network they are in. If you go to TGN channel and the read the comments or forums most people are proud TGN/BBTV partners. Bad experience can happen in a network, this is personal for everyone! I can say i have 0 complaints about BBTV. Partnered with them for 1 year and 4 months. They are a good network imo.
