Well I certainly see some good things. You have a nice presence on camera and a good speaking voice. I think you should put some more thought into what you say though. Personally I am not a fan of stretches where nothing is said or just random short interaction with the game. Of course a couple of those are fine but what I am looking for in a good commentary are some analytical skills. Some insights in what is going on on a deeper level, that may be story-wise or game mechanics, game progression, personal observations, etc. I saw too few of those in the two videos I watched to make the commentary stand out. And Let's Plays are all about the quality of the commentary.
