I like your thumbnails - but I feel like your channel could use some better curated playlists. You should give each game you Lets Play it's own playlist for example, and maybe showcase your best ones on you main channel page!

You have themes for each game, so that's good. The numbers are readable. I do have one critique and that is "Saints Row" font in the thumbnail looks a bit dark, and could stand out a bit more
