I search up Royalty Free Music on youtube there are lots of channels that get beats or make their own royalty free beats

There are a lot of royalty free groups out there.

Try searching "incompetech"
On Youtube there is "audiopad"
Also, YouTube now offers free music for project use.

If you monetize your vids, you cannot use youtube background music. For that you have to get royalty free music which has a commercial use license. Incometech has that, ditto for many tracks on ccmixer.
However, if you want background sounds, I guess you can easily go the software route.
I believe you are looking for some special effects or something?

That said, sometimes even CC free music can get you a copyright content ID match and then you have to inform the composer and/or file a dispute too!
