Hey guys! I need a little help in Photoshop! If anyone has time, please help me!

I filmed a video, and I just uploaded it awhile ago... I am not working on the thumbnail and I need help masking me out from the foreground. If anyone has spare time, please help me... It'll be a BIIIIG HELP!
