I've Got It
I have recently joined YouTube's partnership program and I have been verified with good standards. But I have disabled monetization on all my videos which I own the right on but below it says "Your AdSense application was rejected. Please click here to associate a different Adsense account." Is this a problem? And why?
 
Well monetization without a network currently works through AdSense, so you really need to find out why it was rejected otherwise monetization atm won't be possible. Do you meet all the guidelines for an adsense account?
 
Did you by any chance violate the adsense policy? Because if you did your adsense Isis diabled. Check your menetization tab, it it green colour?
 
Also if your monetization is green colour then your application was rejected due to the following-
Sites with Google ads may not include or link to:

Pornography, adult or mature content
Violent content
Content related to racial intolerance or advocacy against any individual, group or organisation
Excessive profanity
Hacking/cracking content
Gambling or casino-related content
Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia content
Sales of beer or hard alcohol
Sales of tobacco or tobacco-related products
Sales of prescription drugs
Sales of weapons or ammunition (e.g. firearms, firearm components, fighting knives, stun guns)
Sales of products that are replicas or imitations of designer or other goods
Sales or distribution of coursework or student essays
Content regarding programs which compensate users for clicking ads or offers, performing searches, surfing websites or reading emails
Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity or infringes on the legal rights of others

It says I have to be over 18, but when I send a form it doesn't let me select my age or anything :/ I think it's because I linked my YouTube to my Adsense and I'm not over 18 on YouTube that might be why. Would I have to create a different account and get a parent to fill it out and then use that one?

As I stated above your post, your application was rejected because it had one or more of those content I mentioned above. It can also be because your youtube age is under 18.
If it was the age then you cannot apply untill you're 18. And looking from the message isst most certainly the age. Please check your age and reply.

Ok well then you need a parent account who is above 18. To do that go to the parent account and make an adsense account using it. From that just link your a youtube account by providing your parent adsense in the message you showed above

You could use a new adsense account and get a parent to fill it out yes, the quote below is from the adsense terms:

If you are not yet 18, you may get a parent or guardian t submit an application using their own Google Account. If their application is approved, all payments will be made to the adult responsible for the site.

Okay thanks man! And also, I had an email from YouTube earlier listing some of my videos, so I went onto my video manager and some videos had and explanation symbol next to them saying that I need to unable to monetize, so I deleted all of the videos that said that. Was that a good idea?
