Request I need help with removing the background...

Can anyone please help me with removing the background of this picture? I'm making a video thumbnail for it... I'm having a hard time. :|

Take the picture again on a single colour background and you'll have a much easier job. Just use something like paint.net to auto capture it.
 
as mentioned above, try and find a blanket or sheets that are a solid single colour and take a picture with that as the background. Otherwise you can do it with Photoshop using quick select but it will still be very hard as you'll most likely get a lot of jagged bits around the edges due to the colours blending with each other.
 
Yeah like the others said take it again if you can and use a softish eraser brush around you, then delete the rest of the background this way it will make the edges of your body less jagged.

this was actually a still from my vlog. I wanted to extract myself from the background cuz I'm gonn put sunbursts and other 3d stuff and texts behind. Thank you for the tip though. :)[DOUBLEPOST=1396971361][/DOUBLEPOST]
