You e-sign the contract, meaning it uses details from your YouTube account. Just because you didn't write your name down does not mean you signed it. You agreed to the terms, you check the boxes and you also click yes meaning you accept the terms.

That would set him up for fraud and impersonation as he would have signed in their behalf... :mstickle:
 
If you aren't 13 you aren't aloud to own a youtube account, let alone sign a contract on your own. You legally have to be 16 ( or 18) to sign a contract. It's your own fault honestly, you should have got your parents to look at it and sign it with you. Also you're only at 106 subs, I'm more than double what you are and I don't monetize nor am I partnered because its not worth it.
