Recently I finished editing a project, which had pictures that changed very fast in very short frames. So my normal render settings with WMV wasn't enough to capture it all.

I decided to render in AVI, and the best quality AVI. I ended up with a 42GB file.

Now I uploaded it which took 8 hours to other day, however it's been 2 days since and it still hasn't processed. Do you think theres a bug and I have to redo the whole thing?

Or do you think that Youtube is processing it, if so how long should it take.
 
The bigger the file, the longer the process time. Although 2 days is a long time I'd still give it a little bit more time. I've never uploaded something so big, so I don't know how long it should take but I wouldn't put it past YouTube to take this long.

Give it another day I'd say and see. If not maybe delete it, compress it if you can, and re-upload it (it will still take a while to process though) :D
 
I can easily render it in a small filesie, the video is 6 minutes long. My only problem is the fact that then it won't pick up all the frames.
