I NEED HELP ASAP

For starters, change your password, I can't imagine how he'd hack it without information, and secondly, if this was said publicly you can probably get him banned for a threat like that. Maybe you should contact youtube, unless, of course, the reason he wants to ban you is valid.
 
How exactly would he hack your account? If you are worried about it happening, use the 2 step verification process

Ok so he said he was trying to sell me views onmy videdo and when i said no he said he was gonna do it anyway and get my channel banned but the name of his skype is the same as his yt channel so now i'm threatening to get his channel banned. Now he is begging me not to report him cause he put so much work in his channel but i said the same thing when he was threatening me and he told me he was gonna do it anyway because he is a "boss".
 
Man youtube is under google. just protect ur google account with mobile phone, change all passwords and I think he is talking sh*t =)
 
I would probably just block/ignore him from here on out.

Edit - Two times in a row Michael responds with the same thing I said but gets it out faster. Do you think you run this place or something? Oh wait...
