I am partnered with a network called Fullscreen. Anyone can apply. Just go to http://fullscreen.net and then channels (on the top of the page) And then at the bottom of that page click on Request More Information. They take channels usally based on content. All though I have seen them reject channels because they didn't have enough subs and views they have also accepted smaller channels then mine. So it varies.

Nope. I mean you could but not with the same channel. But I hear its really hard to get in with Machinma. You need to have really good stats.
