I need a high quality low pc usage Fraps alternitive

First of all please dont mind my bad english. Im not speaking it that often so please ignore some mistakes.

I cant get FRAPS cause paypal wont work with my credit card and i really need a free version for now.
It doesnt have to have any kind of cutting or compression.
The only thing it should do is : recording my screen like Fraps does in high quality.
It should have a really low cpu and ram usage and should work with a AMD Mobilty Raedon Hg 5650 GPU.
If possible it should be optimised for AMD graficchips.
It also should be 100 % free . No wathermarks and stuff:D
 
Dude i really dont want wartermarks.
And btw. i actually used to own fraps . I payed a dude ( with paysafecards ) to buy it because i dont have paypal. Now i have to reset my pc and all my stuff is gone. And i cant get into my skype accound to get it back
 
The only thing I can think of is a think used for Linux, but it requires coding and it is free.
You can use recordMyDesktop but that is only for Linux

I will be able to handle obs but i will need to upgrade my ram. The only problem is:
I didnt upload ANY video this week and i hope i dont loose subs ( i only have 9 XD )

Well the earlier subs you get should be very patient because they realize you are a starting youtuber and since you only just begun you still need to get into the groove a bit more, you should be find
