It's because making a channel is very costly if you wan't to do it properly, plus getting noticed is harder and the new layout is just awful. I have time, but not money and I'm also sick of youtube pushing us around. :'( I'm sick of it, barely anyone will be the next iJustine or Shane Dawson so I might as well just give up. Any advice?

i say keep trying! its a waiting game these days with youtube! in my opinion as long as the content is awesome then your fine! I mean take me for example, Sure i only have a little subs and viewers but its been growing more and more recently and I dont have the best equipment that I can get yet. just keep trying and never give up hope no matter how hard it can get! :)

If you give up, you throw away that chance of becoming something completely out the window. You don't need fancy equipment or software to produce good videos. If you enjoy making videos, continue to do it. Giving up will get you no where.

exactly my point! :)

Yep, I'll stay :) BTW What camera, video editor and computer do you use? I need to get a good setup :D

we are nobody to tell you what to do, is your decision. if you think thats the best choice go ahead.. one youtuber less or one more is not anything we have to worry about..

Give up? Then you're admitting defeat on Youtube. NEVER admit defeat on Youtube. I'm still going with 68 subs, a $300 computer and a $2 headset! you don't have to have complex/high-end equipment to make videos. No one ever had to. It's just the lust of great quality that's forcing people to buy those stuff. But anyways, just keep moving forward, just keep swimming. Eventually you'll get to where you wanna be. It may take months/years/decades...but you WILL get to where you wanna be.
