Excellent, first we start with the admins. They must be taxed for the color of the "Moderator" badge.
 
Too much drama. People want to have a YouTube channel and want to be internationally famous and successful. People show up on message boards and want to be the center of attention. In my opinion, I'd rather you sit down and fit in.

While I agree with you on a concept. Id rather not sit down and fit in. Hell thats why Im on youtube so that I can express my unique personality! ;)

However people who do things for the reward will never be happy cause once they get their reward there is no reason to go on.

Ooooh you bloody liar :p this thing ate all the snakes, the birds and everything else in its path. One thing I do not miss about living in Australia, is the spiders.
