I have 10 subs!

Now, before I go any further, this isn't sarcasm or a stab at people posting their large numbers. I'm actually very proud of myself for having any subs, let alone my first step of having 10. That was my goal for the rest of the year, I suppose I should find a new goal then huh. I don't advertise, or sub for sub, I honestly don't do anything but post videos, so I'm sure I won't grow fast, but that's ok for me. I'd rather have people watch who are interested than just big numbers. Any idea what I should adjust my goal for the rest of the year to?

BRAVO! Keep at it and you'll be racking up 10s of subscribers in no time! You can post more on here to get a better outcome! i've found recentally that yes, joining a many youtube or youtube video groups as possible will really help out your image and views/likes/subscribers and post your video with a good caption to EVERY group every time you put a video up and you'll see better results than you think in no time! hope this helps!
 
I don't even have my YouTube channel customized with banner or anything yet... Hehe, thank for the feedback though... Slow and steady right?

also try making a variety of videos all i see on your channel is minecraft? spice it up a bit dude it wont hurt!
 
I did do a bit of simcity, but due to endless annoyances, I've stopped that series. I am looking for more games, but I prefer to do joint commentary, so I gots to find another game that my YouTube partner is interested in as well. I guess it's just easier for me to talk to someone then just to do solo commentary.

As for the banner, I'd love some help, and if all it costs me is a sub, your hired. I'm on my tablet so not sure how to find your channel, but let me know what you need from me and I'll get it for ya.

im no graphics wizard and dont have the best softwere but it will make your channel look brighter!
