If it doesn't count as a strike, and you feel it would cause a disruption to remove it, you could just leave it. Leaving it would mean no monetization from the video, if you delete it and reupload it with new music remeber to promote it like a new video. It comes down to if you prefer order or monetization in the matter, a bit of a tough call. Just be careful though because I think after a certain number of open ID claims YouTube steps in (not 100% certain)

To me the order matters more than the monetization. It doesn't matter to me if I earn money from those 2 videos, and it over a year since then I've never had another content ID match (I reduced the music volume and turned off some of the music in the game to avoid this from happening again).

It shouldn't be a problem either way. It's only an issue when Google gives you a strike.
