Well in this case, it's music from the game itself (not music from the Sims radio). I really don't want to delete the videos because they are part of a series and I've had a number of people tell me recently they've gone back to watch the entire series from the beginning. I already monetize all my videos, including all my Sims 3 videos (except for the 2 in question).
If it doesn't count as a strike, and you feel it would cause a disruption to remove it, you could just leave it. Leaving it would mean no monetization from the video, if you delete it and reupload it with new music remeber to promote it like a new video. It comes down to if you prefer order or monetization in the matter, a bit of a tough call. Just be careful though because I think after a certain number of open ID claims YouTube steps in (not 100% certain)
