So I did some more digging after a year of having matched 3rd party content on 2 of my Sims 3 videos and now I finally know why (I couldn't find any of this info last year). Apparently one of the music pieces from the Sims 3 was used on the show "Dance Moms," and they came out with a single of it too:

I guess the original composer kept the copyright and didn't give EA exclusive rights to it?

So this is what I see my options are:

1. Acknowledge and live with it.
2. Delete.
3. Delete and reupload (out of order) after finding a way to remove this particular piece of music.

Seeing as these are 2 videos from a long series, I hate to just delete them and I can't go back and replay it either just to redo the footage. What would you guys do in this situation?
 
Delete, If you get big later and they decided to try and get money from your videos and you decline they can shut your channel down :/. Its better just to delete the videos and if anyone asks just say what you told us.

Not if the company already claimed it and earns the profits.

I only had that happen once with a sims 3 video, for some reason it picked up on something my sim had playing on the radio and caused a 3rd party claim. I just deleted the video, at first I just removed the audio but that was pointless, it sucks when it happens but it will occur once and awhile.

Well in this case, it's music from the game itself (not music from the Sims radio). I really don't want to delete the videos because they are part of a series and I've had a number of people tell me recently they've gone back to watch the entire series from the beginning. I already monetize all my videos, including all my Sims 3 videos (except for the 2 in question).

Then it's really not that big of a deal. I'd just leave it up as is.

Sometimes they can be a real jerk :/ This is just jeffs advice not mine ha ha. I've never been in that situation but he says it happens sometimes. more often then not.
