Live action would need way more equipment and time that i dont have.

Well we would certainly consider making it live action, if you supplied the story that is.

In that case, the people i need are these.

Female voice actor for the girl in the story.
Male voice actor for the boy in the story.
(preferrably) Male voice actor for the narration if it ever is needed.
Someone that can make soothing and fitting background music.
Someone that are good at video editing and can make nice text effects and such.
Some people that are able to read through the script/story and fixing any grammatical errors in it before it goes to the voice actors.

Also, the title i thought of it is "AFK: Online Offline"

This sounds like a very interesting and freakin' awesome idea!

When it comes to narration, were you thinking of having it read like you would read a book (one narrative voice that just reads characters lines), or having multiple voices to voice different characters? If the latter, were you considering having one person doing everything, or have multiple people do different things (one narrator, each character has a different voice actor)?

Edit: Just read through the thread, and I can see you already answered this question a bit.

I actually love writing scripts and also wouldnt mind voicing but i dont think you want someone whos 14 to voice. So writing in any part would be great or maybe a small role.
