You should make a new channel, and upload more on the new one, maybe 1-4 times a week on that one, and 1-2 times a week on your no-monitized channel, at least until everyone hears the word that you have a new channel, good luck

I'd recommend to continue appealing the ban and give them some more, truthful info about what happened.

From my research, very very few people get an appeal to work. It's possible but you will have to give a very strong case on why you deserve to be unbanned.

Yep, they were very straight forward and decisive about the rejection to my appeal when I emailed them.

Is your Adsense disabled as well? If it isn't there is a section in your account which will explain why your account is in bad standing, and outline any course of action you can take to get it back into good standing.

If your Adsense account itself has been suspended, and you are extremely careful as to how you go about it, you might get it reinstated; but this is a very rare occurrence. No Adsense means no more monetization ever, as you are only ever allowed one Adsense account.
