hows your youtube going?

I haven't done anything, not even touched my channel at all, until today when I put a new video out. I've been too busy with work and volunteer work since hurricane Sandy hit here in NJ. I'm happy to say that I've gotten a couple hundred views and gained a follower. Not much, but a small step in the right direction :)

well i am doing ok i guess, got 19 subscribers which i have begged from my twitter, and no videos at the moment :)

But hoping when i get a video up i will get some more, well at least a nice round number. like 50 :L

I may have commented on this thread before, I can't remember. I had a goal of 250 loyal subscribers...right now I'm at 270, so I'm pretty happy with that. For a while there, my views wern't going up very much at all...but they have since picked up with the last few videos I made. Definetly can't complain about that. But sadly, I've noticed.......not a lot of comments or likes :( So I'm not sure if that means people don't like it..or if people just arn't commenting/liking it......but the views are up..that's got to be good right? Hardly any dislikes..*knock on wood*

My channel has been doing okay. Subs are up and my views are about average. I haven't had as much success as I did after two big videos, but with the new video I'm releasing next week, I think it'll draw a little more traffic to my channel.

This was definitely an interesting read for me. I've always wondered how my channel was fairing next to other channels. I don't want to say how I feel too much about it, I'm just gonna say I feel stupid for complaining when I have nothing to complain about. I'm gaining somewhere between 1 and 5 subs per day, probably about 1 to 200 views a day, and right now I'm sitting at 457 subs and 30,546 views. I had been saying my first upload was 7 months ago, that's cause my sense of time is TERRIBLE. It was 9. So that's how far I got in 9 months. I used to look at channels doing better and go "man I must be screwing up somehow" Sheesh... I feel like the poster child for ungrateful vloggers. I am choosing now to be quite content with this growth. And there's too many of you to respond to, but those of you experiencing dry spells? I went through a few too, especially in my first 3 months of vlogging, don't give up :)
