How to youtubes?

Hellow everyone! My name is Crowe and I was just wondering if I could request some feedback from some other youtubers, more experienced or less it doesn't matter, I have put so much effort into doing things like creating my own chanel art, intro, outro, etc. And I put this much dedication into purely out of the love of entertaining people, if anybody could give me any kinds of criticisms on my channel it would be absolutely welcomed and appreciated :D

Hey man! You're doing a lot of stuff right, but there are quite a few issues there too, I'll give you a list of both.

GOOD:
-Well done Thumbnails (Just make sure to have a 'shadow' around your text to make it easier to read)
-Variety of games
-Facecam
-Good equipment (for a channel of your size)

FLAWS:
-Not enough commentary. This can be fixed by editing out boring parts of gameplay. Silence while there is a cutscene is perfectly fine, but while there is nothing going on; it has a chance to bore the viewer
-Intro is too long. You can shorten it up a bit by having shorter little clips, but all in all, an intro isn't very necessary, when I use an intro(I have 2 versions; one 5 second and one 12 second), it is usually on a special video and has a funny piece of gameplay before it to draw the viewer in.
-Audio levels are not very good. Just go in your editing program and lower your game volume a little and raise your commentary volume up a bit, you want to be able to hear yourself over a lot of action, but not to the point that it will hurt your ears

OTHER NOTES:
-Your icon is great, but the banner can use a little work, maybe invest some time into learning how to use photoshop well and iron out all the kinks, remember to put a 'shadow' on your text for the banner too

Hope I helped! :)

You have a nice channel certainly better then mine when I first started :P but there is room to improve.

1. Your audio imo is the most glaring problem the constant (is it a fan?) starts to great on the nerves and can turn people away from the channel a decent mic and audacity will fix this audacity is free and there are some relatively cheap but work well the Blue Snowball is a good example.

2. No outside media and what I mean is no twitter account, no Facebook, or twitch or any means by which you can interact out side of youtube and in order to grow an audience you need to meet people, interact with them, promote yourself to attract attention and using social media and forums will help.

3. Slow down now many youtubers who are starting out here that you need to be constantly uploading, however it can tax you and burn you out very quickly you seem to upload more then once a day which is fine but your going to find that your subs can't or won't keep up with so many videos and that can harm you. I speak for experience and I'm not trying to discourage you I'm just warning you.

Other then a few other minor things that Ninja talked about I see a lot of potential in your channel good luck mate :D

This is awesome guys, thank you so much, I'm glad someone actually took the time to take a look and tell me what I needed to improve on and I will definitely take all of this into consideration, I know my audio has been an issue, especially on my earlier episodes, I have taken action to improve that on my more recent content. I also acknowledge that my intro is pretty long, the reason for that is because I only intended on playing it at the beginning of my series' not every single episode. I also understand it would be a good idea to link my account to other media sites like twitter and facebook, the reason I haven't taken any action in doing that yet is because I wanted to wait until my channel grew slightly more before I tried to take it to that step. Also I will dedicate some time experimenting with photoshop to create a better channel banner. I appreciate you guys giving me some of your time to point out where I need some work.
