How to Tell if my Videos are Even Reaching People?

So my channel has been growing pretty slowly, and with around 15 views per video after 4 years it asks the question: are my videos even reaching people frequently and being displayed when searched?

If so it would explain this extremely slow growth. I mean Socialblade is predicting I will reach 200 subscribers in a years time. So how can I tell if my videos are even shown and how can I improve that? And then are people just not interested on clicking on them?

Your videos are being shown...if not you will not be having any view. The problem is you want more like any youtuber.
I checked your channel and very quickly I noticed you are targeting very high competing phrases.

You have to understand you are a small channel and you need to build an Authority to compete with the big guys in your niche.
Making videos targeting the same phrases with those big guys will just end your video waaaay below the rankings.

My advise, Do some research and target phrases that other smaller channels in your niche are ranking for...Those are the channels you can compete with and possibly rank better...

As time goes on and you rank many of your videos on those phrases you are able to rank for your channel will grow with authority. ...I don't know about others, but that is what I do on my channel and I am constantly seeing growth...hope that helps
