How to start a Youtube Network?

Hi, i have a question(s) about starting a YT network (Like Fullscreen, Maker Studios , Forela Digital etc.)

But where do i start, how would i go about it?

I have my brother (co founder) and some old friends to start the network, but i don't know where to go from there :/

I guess getting YouTube to recognize you as a network... Or advertisers. That's certainly important.

Ok so I started youtube network myself and all I can say is that's a lot of work. Plus at the moment there are a lot of small networks and it's really hard to make your network grow.
If you don't have full dedication don't do it belive me.
But if you do there are few options on how you can start a network. So first you need to have full CMS account and that can be a bit painful to get.
or you can apply with some bigger network and become their "child" network like I did. (if my network gets bigger I will make my own CMS account but for now this is good)
