How to start a Minecraft Channel

Hello, I am IcyPlaysGames. I am starting a minecraft channel and I wanted to get some advice. I have a couple questions. How do I start (Besides getting the stuff to record minecraft.)? How do I make it interesting? and, How do I gain views and subscribers?

Generally it's hard to get anywhere with a minecraft channel at this time now since there are already about over 1,000 people playing in videos, you need to be different and stand out of the crowd

Get a good recording software, a good mic, speak up, be interesting, and try not to be too laggy, or a noob. I think that covers it..

collaborate a lot with all types of people, gamers, artists, etc, and play lots of different games, update your channel regularly, make quality videos, use social media, and make a channel trailer.
