How To Start A MCN?

I own a MCN, I can tell you it is not easy. YouTube is getting harder and harder on MCN cases. Also it is a full time job. You will also need to have a business plan etc. Lots, and lots of work.

How did you get in touch with them? I know some people who are seeking advice and I said that I would ask around for them.
 
Well to be honest with you. I had connections. If you do not have connections, it is close to impossible to get an MCN. But you do have to be a YT Partner.

Are you recruiting VN's? I am interested in becoming one :) It might be easier than just becoming a MCN. Anyways just for my friends, how did you get into contact with YouTube?

I am looking for VN's. We are finishing our dashboard and we will be able to get going. Do you got Skype? Also I was a YT partner and then got assigned a partner manager.

Yeah bro add me liam_froska um I would love to work with you. But lets talk about that on skype and lets talk about MCN here..... Oh so do all MCN's have to be YouTube partners?
