How to re post YouTube clips

I been trying for days how to repost some clips, I see multiple channels of same JRE 20 min clips, I been trying to put a channel together of segments of podcasts. I can not figure out how to download a video from YT and repost, is there a certain site people use or app? When I select the + to add video it goes straight to my video and camera roll. I’ve tried y2mate to download it to video but I can’t repost it no matter what I do, any suggestions would be helpful

Ex of what exactly I’m saying …. JRE podcast I see bunch of different people posting same video , I know about fair use I’m not talking about out that, how would I download it then upload to my own basically

How come when I go to play it after it downloads it just audio with a still picture?? 1 video worked but that’s it the rest just audio with a still image
