How to make an original gaming channel

Hey guys! So I have been watching a lot of tips for small channels on how to grow and I constantly see the "Original Content" comment. Before anyone's jimmies get rustled yes I do know that this is a big part of growing on YouTube I was just wondering how to do that for a gaming channel that plays horror games. My girlfriend and I record gaming horror videos so I think that in itself is quite original considering not many gaming channels are of a couple playing horror games but I was wondering if any of you had any tips on how to make videos more original! Thanks for the advice in advance!

Firstly I don't think you always need to be 100% original, as we have seen so many channels grow who have built on the idea of others. Its just a matter of being different enough to encourage channel growth, which I think you have. Also, its going to take you a lot more videos that 3 to build up your character on youtube, and only then can you find out if you are original. I think that you and your girlfriend playing is a good idea too, and has to potential for many funny reactions to these games. Wish your channel all the best in the future
