How to make a Logo? (Like Jacks Gap)

So I'm a big fan of JacksGap, and their logo is amazingly cute! I was just wondering does anyone know where or what software to use to make my own logo but with the same style like theirs? Pleassse Help!

This new one? Pretty much anything, Photoshop, Illustrator, GIMP, ect. If your talking about their heads one, most likely illustrator and other programs like it.

I use paint.net with the big plugin pack. Awesome software much easier and less resource intensive than photoshop!

You can do it with vectors on photoshop, this is one I did for someone a while ago

We have used quite a bit of tools for a couple of channels though mostly Photoshop we have also used blender for rendering a logo before that was a bit wonky at first but after working with it for a day or two something finally settled and we enjoyed it.
