How to Jazz Up a Video

I’ve started reason stories from Reddit No Sleep. I’ve only got 2 videos up right now but I really like making them! But I’m not sure how to make the videos more appealing I guess you can say. I feel they’re very slow and boring but I don’t know how to really jazz things up.

idk if I like the whole reading in front of someone while looking down at a piece of paper or tablet. Maybe it's more well suited for a podcast?

Maybe if you acted something out on camera, or animated something, kinda like a visual novel?

To be frank, just be yourself, dont try to be something else, you dont need script or anything, just do everything from the top of your head, because some times scripts will work and some times they wont, in my opinion they dont. Crack some jokes, make some puns here and there and you should be good
