How to increase my Youtube CPM?! HELP?!

I currently run a youtube gaming channel partnered with MACHINIMA - almost 100k subs, and I don't want to reveal the channel because you know "ohh he's a money *****, look at this post!" ANYWAYS, I average about 35k views a day and around $45 dollars a day. I want to make something in the $100s and it seems impossible with the views I'm getting.. I've seen other forums and spoke to other people as well AND people say they are getting like $5 dollar CPM's while I sit here with an apparent $1.20 CPM? DA HECK.

Anyways January is rolling in, and we all know what that means. I just want a higher CPM and I've contacted Machinima and they say they can't do anything about it. Should I upload more frequently? I mean I'm uploading like 3 times as month - although I'm not being lazy, just lack of ideas, BUT I am planning to upload 2 videos everyday starting February sometime for a game..

How do I get a better CPM? PLOX HELP. -__-

There are a lot of factors that go into deciding your CPM, where most of your viewers come from, what type of content you make, your audience retention, etc. I think my CPM started going up a couple weeks ago because I started making more tutorial videos

There are people making the same exact videos as me, averaging about 2x views a day as me, so around 60k and they say they are making wayyyy more than me though.

There's multiple things that can affect CPM on YouTube ;
Viewership location
Demographics
Average Watch time
Short videos (videos under 1-2 minutes are unlikely to get high-paying trueview advertising, under 30 seconds and they won't show at all)
Devices (Mobile, Tablet, Console & TV is still far behind on the amount of playbacks/ impressions being bought)

I am not an expert but try to increase your watch time. In general watch time is more important than views.

Your CPM is great by my experience! I know a lot of channels that don't get that much, including myself.

If you want more money you need some products you sell via a website or something.
