Now, This was an issue of mine for a long time until very recently.
I would either have a long time of not having any ideas or having a good idea just before falling asleep and forgetting it. but I've finally found a good way to have ideas and its simple
buy a little notebook. one of those tiny ones that fit in a pocket with a mini pen,
and any idea, no matter how bad. just write it in. I cant use a phone for this because i would forget where i saved it. but it would work as well for some who dont like carrying too much
I've ended up in bed drifting off to sleep and then boom idea, so I just grab the notebook off my bedside table and flip on the lamp, write it down and fall asleep.
