That's a SUPER BIG topic! There are pretty much thousands of ways to do it, you just need to find which way is going to work for you 
I'd start with sharing your channel with as many people you know, get yourself out there by entering competitions and all sorts of things. Just be careful though, do not spam comments! It gets annoying therefor people aren't going to like you, so be nice about it 
Start from there and figure out things as you go along, remember, there are still undiscovered methods to reach your goal

Just press the "get famous button", only available to partners. But really, you need to constantly innovate, generate new ideas, create extremely high quality content, and hope something sticks. After a while you'll figure out what gets the most views and you can start improving on that stuff.

yeah i was really annoyed because i got this new camera and its really good quality on some videos and not on others and i worked out why but i had already uploaded todays video and its not that good quality so i want to change it but i cant !!
