How to get subscribers on YouTube channel?

Well I post twice a week on a Monday and Friday at 5pm GMT. I couldn't fit any more in at the moment and I don't think I'd like to go less than that. I did think about doing a midweek video of something less intense but I feel quality would slip if I tried to force it in. I'd say find a schedule around your life and fit in around that. My other half knows that every Thursday and Sunday afternoons I'm filming and I try to stick to that as rigidly as possible
