how to get motivated to start uploading again

You're not giving much information to advise you on besides telling you something like "we've all been there, don't give up". Tell us something what you ambitions are, why are you not motivated, etc
 
Sometimes you don't need motivation, but rather discipline. If you're doing YouTube for the number of subs you're probably not going to feel intrinsic motivation, the kind you need to pursue things
 
Usually, to stop being motivated, I set smaller goals that I know that I will achieve in preparation for a bigger goal. If you want something, and truly want it, you'd automatically get motivated. Just make sure you start off with simple ones or you'd get demotivated again because its not achievable. Making a schedule for yourself helps as well, because it feels good when you manage to finish stuff before your own personal deadlines.

Bro you can't give up so soon...it's take time.I will say when you're new to YouTube without wasting time to thinking about subs I will say use the time to make quality videos.You can take example from great YouTubers.All of the YouTubers start from 0.Anyone don't get 1M subs in a week.YouTube is all about hard work & be patient.And that's the reason you should make videos only about what you're passionate about.If you have the passion for what you're doing you will not give up so soon even in bad times (I mean not getting subs).So keep make quality videos & also share them on your social media & on different forums.That should help you to grow on YouTube.

I could say that we've all been here. I could say even more - that's where I kinda am right now(at least with my one leg, sorta different circumstances). You just need to look at the goal you've put for yourself, or smaller ones that are just checkpoints on your way towards the main one. Just look at your possible self in the future, making so many people happy with your content and putting smiles on the faces around the world(although it kind of sounds like repeating myself)! I seriously couldn't ask for a better motivation. No big success happens over night, and you need to accept it. Just focus on something you want to achieve, think about it all the time. It will keep you going through easy and hard times. #confirmed
 
You have almost 1,500 subscribers which is more than a lot of gaming channels have. A lot of gaming channels would love to have that amount. The majority of them can barely reach 500. Don't give up.

well I don't think my quality is good enough in some aspects but I want to upload some stuff I have great ides also been busy with exams and Netflix
